AgencyOne Media is run by three partners who plan, shoot and ship the work themselves — no account managers, no middle layer.
Partner — Strategy & Product
Gurveer built AgencyOne Media, and has co-founded every other venture — ResumeOS, RetailOS and Maximus — with Bharat. Commerce graduate, St. Joseph’s College, Bengaluru. Leads strategy and product across every AgencyOne engagement.
Partner — Content & Production
Bharat has co-founded every one of Gurveer’s ventures — ResumeOS, RetailOS and Maximus — and studied alongside him at St. Joseph’s College, Bengaluru. His family runs an interiors and building materials business, giving him first-hand experience in that trade. At AgencyOne, he leads content creation and on-the-ground production.
Partner — Operations
Svetlana studied alongside Gurveer and Bharat at St. Joseph’s College, Bengaluru. As Partner, she runs the physical and operational side of AgencyOne — logistics, on-ground execution and the day-to-day running of the business.

All three are named Partners of M/s. Agencyone Media, a registered partnership firm — not job titles, an actual legal stake in the work.
